C. Paul Maliszewski, P.E.
C. Paul Maliszewski is a registered patent agent with extensive experience in the preparation of patent applications in the electrical arts. He also has extensive employment experience in the fields of electrical engineering design and environmental remediation and due diligence.
Mr. Maliszewski has prepared patent applications in a variety of technological art areas, including the electronic, electrical, and mechanical arts. His patent applications have covered such diverse areas as transceivers; antennas; batteries and power supplies; Zero IF receivers; communication and data interfaces; software; CDMA, TDMA, and AMPS; adaptive filtering; AGC and amplifier control; adaptive signal linearization; CPU/clock frequency; power management and efficiency; adaptive signal phase adjustment; SMS encoding; Bluetooth wireless; Internet browsers and graphic displays; master/slave architecture; GPS/positional displays; base station communications and control, gate oxide and silicon interfaces for ICs, TFTs; in-situ fabrication; low temperature substrates; binary and multi-component oxides; thin-film crystalline sheets; polycrystalline and quasi-single crystal silicon; high-density plasma deposition and oxidation; and laser annealing.
Mr. Maliszewski holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
Prior to entering the patent profession, Mr. Maliszewski worked in the field of consulting engineering, providing design and project management for construction, rehabilitation, and environmental remediation projects. His clients included industrial, governmental, and commercial entities. Aspects of his work included systems for: electrical power, process instrumentation and control, telecommunications, alarms, and lighting. Mr. Maliszewski also led numerous domestic and international environmental due diligence efforts for facility transfers.
Mr. Maliszewski is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State, and currently serves as Secretary of the Niagara Frontier Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.
