Ellen S. Simpson was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Eighth District, New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Ellen was appointed by Presiding Justice Henry J. Scudder.

Ellen S. Simpson has accepted an appointment as Chair, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County. She was appointed by Bar Association President Giles Manias.

Robert P. Simpson has been asked by State University of New York at Buffalo Law School to teach a 3 credit course in Patent Law and Practice, commencing with the Spring 2008-2009 semester. Mr. Simpson also teaches a 3 credit course on Intellectual Property Law at Hilbert College in Hamburg, New York.
