Kathy Cooley enjoys more than 17 years experience in intellectual property law. Kathy serves as paralegal to Ellen Simpson. Kathy assists Ellen in conducting trademark screening searches, preparation of trademark applications, form letters, formal documents and other correspondence. She also maintains and monitors the firm's trademark docket.

Kathy is also experienced in time and billing functions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and human resource management, and docketing and for payment of U.S. annuities and foreign taxes for pending and granted patents.
