Linda Case brings twenty five years of law firm experience, including twenty years in virtually all aspects of intellectual property law, to her position as paralegal for Simpson & Simpson.
Linda started her career in intellectual property law in a small law firm in Western New York, where she worked closely with Robert Simpson, Howard Ellis, and Michael Dunn. Her skills and experience were acknowledged and rewarded as she worked her way through the ranks to eventually become paralegal/office manager at that firm, supervising the work of a staff of legal secretaries and paralegals. Her experience and skills makes her especially well-suited for the high-volume, deadline-driven environment of our firm, and she appreciates the importance of high quality work in a timely manner.
Linda serves as senior paralegal to Robert Simpson. She assists him directly in all of his client work, including managing and supervising his docket and appointment schedule, preparing legal documents and correspondence, conducting legal research, and communicating directly with our many clients.
