Melissa M. Stark

Melissa Stark serves as a paralegal to patent attorney Robert C. Atkinson. She assists Mr. Atkinson in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution in optics, chemistry, biotechnology, the mechanical and software arts.

Melissa assists Mr. Atkinson in the preparation of patent applications, responses to Office Actions and general correspondence, in addition to assisting him in trademark law and all aspects of intellectual property litigation.

Melissa holds a Bachelors Degree with Honors in Paralegal Studies from Hilbert College in Hamburg, New York and was inducted into the Hilbert College Chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi National Paralegal Honor Society. During her studies at Hilbert College, she interned at a law firm in Buffalo, New York, assisting in all aspects of the corporate law practice.
