Ramona L. Jones

Legal Assistant

Ramona Jones serves as a legal assistant to one of our senior attorneys, Howard M. Ellis. She assists Mr. Ellis in every aspect of his chemical, mechanical and biotechnological practice.

Ramona assists Mr. Ellis in the preparation of patent applications, responses to Office Actions and general correspondence for all of Mr. Ellis' patent matters, in addition to monitoring and maintaining his substantial patent docket. Ramona's studio-quality, professional telephone voice can be heard nightly on our firm's voice mail system.

Prior to joining Simpson & Simpson, Ramona assisted Mr. Ellis in his own private practice. She came to the legal profession after serving as Secretary to the Vice Dean of Alumni Development for the University at Buffalo Law School, Alumni Development Office.
