Start-ups, Inventors, and Entrepreneurs

The Simpson & Simpson R.I.S.E. Program

In selecting intellectual property legal counsel, you should look for experience, skill, and capabilities. But we also believe it is equally important to retain counsel who appreciate your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

At Simpson & Simpson, we are passionate about protecting the intellectual property of inventors, entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and small businesses. Our practitioners are experts in the acquisition of patents, trademarks, and copyrights in the United States and internationally.

Further, we realize the financial burden associated with pursuing intellectual property protection. We created the R.I.S.E. (Rising Inventors, Start-ups, and Entrepreneurs) program to make quality intellectual property affordable, and spur technological growth among the next generation of inventors. Below are a list of some of our premiere services geared toward entrepreneurs, and, upon a free initial consultation with a practitioner, we can provide anyone who qualifies for the R.I.S.E. program our full legal services at a 25 percent discount of our current fee schedule for a period of two years.
