Dylan Garlock is an attorney whose practice encompasses all phases of intellectual property law. He focuses his practice on trademark and copyright matters, but also assists in various phases of patent prosecution. Mr. Garlock earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2015. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law, in 2019, with concentrations in Intellectual Property and Sports Law.
During law school, Mr. Garlock served as Submissions Editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Journal and was a member of the Buffalo Moot Court Board where he helped organize the annual Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition as well as the Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition.
Prior to joining Simpson & Simpson, Mr. Garlock worked as a law clerk at various litigation firms, including an intellectual property litigation firm. In 2019, he joined us at Simpson & Simpson as a law clerk prior to admission to the New York State Bar.
