Alexandra Devine is an attorney whose practice focuses on trademark matters, with an emphasis on brand protection and intellectual property strategy for growing businesses. Ms. Devine has spent a decade helping companies protect their brands and ideas, guiding clients through each step of the trademark process.

Ms. Devine began her career at a boutique intellectual property firm before moving in-house, where she advised companies ranging from early-stage startups to multi-million-dollar corporations. That combination of firm and in-house experience gives her a practical understanding of both the legal complexities and the business realities clients face.

Ms. Devine earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a leader of the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Journal of Advocacy and the Law. Her work has been published in legal journals, and she has spoken to industry groups on trademark strategy.
