Invention Submission

We ask that you submit only a brief description of your invention so that we may run a conflict check within our firm. Please attach a sketch or drawing of your invention in order that we may better understand it and advise you. Once we determine that there are no internal conflicts, a practitioner will contact you to discuss your invention in greater detail. Also, as always, we offer free consultations if you prefer to disclose your invention in person.

Please know that we are bound by both state and federal codes of professional responsibility to preserve the confidences and secrets of our clients who have employed, or sought to employ, our services. Any submission herein will be maintained in confidence.

Use of this submission page does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship can be established only through completion of Simpson & Simpson’s client intake process, which requires acceptance of the terms and scope of representation outlined in a formal engagement letter from our office.
