On November 14, 2016, Robert P. Simpson testified as an expert witness on behalf of the Defendant in a legal malpractice case brought against a patent attorney in New York State Supreme Court, in the matter Koetzle v. Mark Levy. The jury returned a verdict for the Defendant.
